<p class="justify">Prospectus cum Registration Form will be available at Angel Public School, Sachiwaliya Nagar, Jaipur There is no entrance test or interaction. Admission will be granted on the basis of the criteria laid down by the school, Assessment for admission will be done based on the information provided by the parent in the registration form. The final list of the the qualified students will be displayed on the school notice board on the intimated dates.</p>

	<li>Incomplete or registration form with the following relevant documents has to be submitted at the school office.</li>
	<li>Duly completed registration form with the following relevant documents has to be submitted at the school office.</li>
	<li>Latest passport size photograph of the candidate and parents.</li>
	<li>The original birth certificate form the municipality with one attested photocopy of the same.</li>
	<li>Original copy of the mark sheet, transfer certificate of the previous school with one attested photocopy of the same</li>
	<li>If the candidate belongs to OBC/SC/ST category, a Xerox of the aforesaid certificate must be attached with the form.</li>
	<li>The registration form are Non-Tansferagble.</li>
